What we mean by small
Our smaller containers start at our most compact option and go up through the 10 yard size. They have low walls for easy loading and a narrow footprint that fits most driveways with room to walk around. The exact sizes available on your delivery date can vary, and we will explain the options when you call. For many homeowners a 10 yard container turns out to be the perfect small size.
Jobs that fit a smaller container
Small containers handle single-room cleanouts, bathroom updates, small flooring projects, closet and storage room purges, and the debris from minor home repairs. They are also ideal for heavy but limited material, like the tile from a single bathroom or the pavers from a small walkway. Because you are paying for the space you need and nothing more, a small container is often the most economical way to handle a focused project.
Placement in tight spaces
Townhomes, narrow lots, and short driveways are where small containers really shine. Our drivers can set them in spaces a larger container would never fit, and we lay boards under the rails to protect your surface. If you are unsure whether your space works, share the dimensions of the area and any overhead obstacles on the call, and we will confirm before delivery day.
Deciding between a small container and bagged pickup
For a handful of bags, regular trash service may be enough. The small container becomes the better choice when your project includes bulky items, heavy material, or more debris than you want to haul yourself. It also saves time: instead of loading a car or truck for several trips, you carry debris a few steps to the driveway. When you add up fuel, time, and possible facility fees, a compact container is often the more practical option for a focused home project.
